Ok I said I wouldn’t post till I got back home from vacay but I’m coming up on 500 followers! You all are so amazing and I haven’t looked back! Blogging is one of the best things I look forward to all the time! I know a lot of you are excited to see my vacation with Chris but I have been a terrible person and haven’t took any pictures! We have done lots of things already but no photos 😦 His parents are coming in to town for the weekend and we will be hanging out with them so they can snap some pics of us lol. I hope you all have an incredible weekend! I decided to blog since he is at work and I was thinking about these popsicles I made! So good! So I wanted to share 😘.
I haven’t ever made a summery treat as simple as these before. I was excited when the idea struck me. It definitely became an idea when I was vacuuming my car out in the beating hot sun. I would’ve loved to have been able to pull one of these out of the freezer! So I made them. Recipe? It’s incredibly simple
- A cup of Pineapple chunks. Slice 2 bananas. Slice 1 orange. (Keep it fresh not frozen) for a better outcome. Also adding a litte fresh ginger is wonders!
- Blend all of this in a blender and pour into popsicle molds.
- Stash in the freezer and enjoy whenever you want a healthy treat.
